Art from the Heart is a special program with an annual opportunity for any pediatric cancer fighter or survivor to submit their art idea for the back of the GOLD OUT tees and receive $1,000 to be used as they wish for anything from ongoing medical expenses to long term survivor care or a college scholarship. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to t-shirt screenprinting process limitations, submissions must be digital BLACK & WHITE images, or be easily converted into one. Winning entry may be asked to send in original if selected.*
